Hello again today started off as it usually does for me, waking up to an annoying alarm then pressing the snooze button about 8 times, getting up having some breakfast (brekky) then heading off to practice, we do a lot of spped and quickness drills with our new coach and for a big slow white guy like me it can be a little tough, but they are great drills to get the feet moving and if it helps me get a little quicker on the court im all for it, after morning practice i went to andreas for lunch, they had some kind of fish prepared for us but im not a big fish fan so i swooped up on some delicious pasta instead, When i got home i had a bit of a lok and spent some time with kate just bumming around doing nothing in particular, i was pretty tired and wanting to take a nap but by the time i wanted to go to sleep it was almost time for practice so i did my usual face slap to wake me up a bit then headed off to practice. At practice i had an amazing conversation with tony about the movie jurassic park, i can't go into specifics about what we were talking about but it was a great conversation and tony had obviously put a lot of thought into hes jurassic park concept, i think me and tony need to have a radio talkback program as we are always talking about amazing theories and all kinds of crazy stuff, i think we are both mentally challenged so that makes for some weird talks. Anyway so practice went pretty well it started off with a game of soccer and our team was in fine form crushing the opposition 5-3 or something, there were some amazing goals scored and everyone seems to be picking their soccer game up big time exept dennis hes terrible!!! After that it was practice as usual and of course afterwards we went running for 30 minutes, after all that i must say i am pretty damm tired right now and am definately having an early night tonight as tomorrow we got another 2 practices. So that was my action packed friday ill be back on tomorrow night sometime to tell you all about super saturday.... take it easy.

Hello again, It's kinda late and im pretty tired right now and about to go to bed so if this doesnt make much sense its because im half asleep! Today was a pretty regular day here in boras, 2 good practices a lovely 30 minute run around town afterwards, a visit to campinos for some dinner back home for a bit of a lok and off to bedskis for me, i'm feeling pretty sore right now so hopefully a lok and sleep will regenerate me for another days practice, sorry for the boring blogg but nothing much happened today, and i just found out kate is a bigger lok then me and that pleases me, anyway take it easy me sleep now.

Again apologies for the lateness of this blogg this has definately been my worst blogging performance of my 2 year history with boras and i am disgusted with myself but will aim to get it all back on track for the rest of the week, yesterday was our day off and i did my best to not think about the games and to get my mind off basketball for the day so i took kate to the video store here where they have about a million different candies, she was quiet impressed by the incredible selection on offer and bought the biggest bag of candy i have ever seen, how the bag didn't break i will never know but i think i have a supply of candy now that will take a long long time to finish, after that we went and had a late lunch/dinner at bishops and slowly made our way home, once i got home we both realised what a mess the apartment was and spent the next hour or so making it sparkling clean, i also spent that hour thinking about how lazy kate is and why she doesn't clean/ cook/ do anything while i am at practice, but i guess she is on holidays so i will let her off the hook, her cooking skills are very questionable anyway (sorry kate but it's true) Anyway it's time for me to have a quick nap before practice today so i will ready to go hard, hopefully i will be on tonight if my brain remembers...

Hello everyone firstly i would like to apologise for the late entry, i was supposed to start my blog on monday but had no idea, i havnt checked my email for a while but not to worry i am here now so you can stop stressing!! Anyway so the last few days have not been that great for boras losing 2 games by 1 point is a very emotional and painful thing to have to go through, having the game almost won only to have it ripped away from you takes a long time to get over and im sure the fans that watch our games and follow the team feel just the same way, but we can't lie around and feel sorry for ourselves cause a playoff spot is still very much within our reach and we must move on and think about our next game, it is the only way to go for us if we are the achieve our goals, anyway enough of basketball it is my day off and i know our new coach won't want me thinking about basketball on my day off!! My girlfriend arrived here a few weeks ago from australia so i have been trying to show her all that boras has to offer, shes only here for about a month so its a short stay for her but it has been great to see her, and i hope shes not getting to bored haha, first i showed her the giant pinocchio statue that is in town, she was quite freaked out by it but when i showed her the giant man lying down chilling down the other end of the road she freaked out even more, after much laughing about kate freaking out i then proceeded to drive around the corner a bit to the other statue of the giant head in the water with the closed eyes, we then both got a little freaked out and wondered what the reasoning behind all the crazy but kind of cool artwork/ pictures/ weird heads was all about, but we both don't have really big brains so we stopped thinking about it after about 5 seconds and proceeded to move on.Overall she is a fan of boras and liked it way better than when she was with me in sundsvall so yey for boras!! We also went to gothenburg and copenhagen for something to do and both were great times (exeot when we went to the casino and lost a bunch of money) copenhagen is a great city with much to do and great shopping, we stayed there for the night and found a sweet australian bar there it was pretty cool especially because it was close to australia day (26th january) so we felt very patriotic lol. Anyway like i said my girlfriend is here and as usual she bugging me to do something so i better go but i will be back on tonight to write whatever is in my head at the time, i hope i can think of something amazing like tonys bloggs but i dont think i have the warped mind that he does but i will try!! what up

nu är jag tebax i borås igen. Jag ska bara käka kolla tv sen blir det bingen för mig ska upp tidigt imon. Tänkte kolla lite på den nya Knight rider men märkte rätt snabbt att det va den värsta Donk serien någonsin inte alls lika bad ass som den gammla med The Hoff. Men sen är det ju rätt svårt att leva upp till en sån grym och legendarisk skådespelare som hasselhoff. Börjar få lite abstinens på serie fronten nu när jag sett alla how i met your mother, the office, 2 and a half men men ska nog kunna hitta nått annat roligt. Idag vaknade jag rätt tidigt, vid klockan 9. Efter frukost städa jag lite sen stack jag hem till Halmstad. Det är alltid gött att komma hem käka morsans mat och bara ta det lungt och träffa släkt och vänner. Jag stannar här imon också kör min rehab här sen åker jag tillbaka till Borås. Fred ut

Idag började vi träningen med att scouta solna vi prata igenom vad deras spelare vad bra på och hur vi ska spela respektiva spelare. Sen kollade vi lite klipp på deras system som Coach Anders hade klippt ihop.

Sen gick vi ut på plan och sköt endel, sen gick jag av och dom andra sprang igenom solnas system och hur vi spelar försvar på dom. Och sen sprang grabbarna igenom våra egna system. Efter detta hade vi en lång stretch som avslutning.

Efter träningen hade Jag och Jocke en högklassik lökning, Henke va också med en stund. Vi spelade lite NBA live på Xboxet Henke började med att spöa jocke rätt lätt. Sen var det min tur att möta Henke, jag märkte att han va lite rädd för han darrade lite på rösten när han pratade. Det var en väldigt jämn match men Henke gick segrande ur denna striden också. Men han sa att jag va det svåraste motståndet han mött på länge.

Efter det så möttes Jag och Jocke i en Fifa match. Jag spelade med Halmstad BK och Jocke valde Elfsborg. Och det gick ungefär som i verkligheten Halmstad BK total krossade Elfsborg med 2-0, Spiken i kistan va en oehört fin nick av Turbo svensson rakt i klykan i 80 minuten. HååååååååååååååååååBeeeeeeeKååååååååååå!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Laget är laddat för match imon och jag hoppas jätte många kommer och tittar på. Publiken är faktiskt den sjätte spelarn, ni är oehört viktiga och tillför mycket till matchen.

Tja

Idag var det en ledig dag från basketen. Det var en tung förlust igår, men det är bara att glömma nu och blicka framåt mot den viktiga matchen på fredag. Ta med det som va bra och hitta lösningar till det som inte funkade lika bra.

Jag körde ett tungt rehab pass idag avslutade det med endel cykling. Nu ska jag kolla P3 galan, how i met your mother och kanske lite NBA om jag pallar sen blir det bingen för mig.

Min dator låter som fan ibland, det e en rätt ny dator men dom på support sa att starka datorer låter rätt mycket. Men vet inte riktigt om jag tror på det dom snackar nog bara gojja, har aldrig hört att starka datorer måste låta som värsta monstret.

God dag

Idag körde jag lungt och fint till jobbet för det hade snöat endel. Efter jobbet var det dags för dagens rehab, idag var det ett kortare pass än igår. Jag cyklade, sprang på löpbandet, sprang i tjock matta, hoppade på olika sätt i studsmatta och sen avsluta jag med mer cyklande och massa strechande. Laget däremot hade skott träning i morse, där efter käk på Andreas och sen for de iväg till huvudstaden för att möta Kings. Södertälje brukar vara vassa hemma, men jag tror vi tar det den här gången. Och nu ska jag laga käk sen kolla lite serier, läsa bok och följa matchen på datorn.
