Yesterday was a great day...We beat the crap out of the West in the the East vs. West All-Star game.  My team was stacked with athletes and people who could jump out of the gym so our transition game was deadly.  Alley-Oops and fast break dunks.  I played the first quarter and then I sat out the rest of the game to observe because we have a game today and I didn't want to wear myself out.  I scored 7 points and had 3 assists including a ridiculous alley oop to a player about 5'9.  It was hands down the play of the game because it was actually contested with defensive. 

The dunk contest was exciting also.  There was a guy in it slightly taller than me doing all kinds of incredible dunks.  Windmills, Backwards dunks, 360's you name it.  But he couldn't put one down in the final round so that hurt him and he lost in the finals.  Still he was the most exciting person there yesterday.

Today, I am going to go get some shots up, eat take a nap, catch the Incredible Hulk Movie which comes out today and play a game.  Full action packed day!!!  You guys have a good one and hopefully I'll have time to blog tomorrow because we have another game.  Take care
